Terms of Use

Acceptance. By accessing this website, using its content, or purchasing or downloading a digital product, you agree to these Terms. At checkout, you must affirmatively accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the product.

Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws applicable to you.

Information only. The website and guide provide general educational information and links to potential opportunities. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, employment, grant-writing, or other professional advice. Nothing creates an advisor-client, employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for independently verifying every opportunity, source, deadline, eligibility requirement, risk, cost, tax consequence, and third-party term before acting. We do not apply on your behalf, determine eligibility, select winners, issue awards, or control third parties.

Information service—not a payer. Show Me the Money is an independent publisher and directory service. We are not an employer, staffing company, grantor, contest sponsor, research sponsor, claims administrator, government agency, financial institution, or opportunity provider. We do not accept or process applications, determine eligibility, choose recipients, issue awards, approve claims, hold money for users, or pay users. Any potential payment, prize, grant, refund, reimbursement, product, or other benefit is offered, determined, and delivered solely by the applicable independent third party under its own terms.

Third-party services. Listings and links may lead to government agencies, universities, payment processors, companies, or other websites we do not own or control. A link is not an endorsement, guarantee, sponsorship, affiliation, or representation that an opportunity remains open, safe, accurate, or suitable. Third-party terms and privacy practices govern your dealings with them.

License. A paid purchase grants one buyer a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the guide for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, modify for resale, or create a competing product from it.

Availability and changes. We may correct, update, suspend, or remove content or features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability, error-free operation, or that every link, listing, deadline, amount, or description is current.

Prohibited use. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, make fraudulent claims, or use our content or marks without permission.

Intellectual property. The website’s original text, organization, branding, design, and digital products are owned by or licensed to RMG Styles LLC and protected by applicable law. Names and marks of third parties belong to their owners.

Disclaimer of warranties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, LISTINGS, LINKS, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, OR RESULTS.

Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RMG STYLES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, OR TIME; THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT; OR DECISIONS MADE USING THE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR A DIGITAL PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Indemnification. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RMG Styles LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement of another’s rights, fraudulent application or claim, or redistribution of our product.

Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any nonwaivable consumer rights, exclusive venue for disputes will lie in the state or federal courts serving Citrus County, Florida.

Severability; waiver; entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum necessary, and the remainder will continue. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. These posted policies constitute the entire agreement concerning the website and guide unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Changes. We may revise these policies prospectively by posting an updated effective date. The version accepted when you purchase governs that transaction unless a change is required by law.

Earnings and Opportunity Disclaimer

All listed or discussed items are potential opportunities only. Amounts, prizes, reimbursements, refunds, awards, grants, incentives, products, or other benefits—when mentioned—describe what a third party may offer under its own rules. They are not a promise by RMG Styles LLC and are not typical-results claims.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including location, eligibility, timing, completeness, competition, skill, effort, expenses, taxes, third-party decisions, changing rules, available funding, and whether an opportunity remains active. Past outcomes, examples, testimonials, listed maximums, or advertised prize pools do not predict your result.

We do not possess evidence that purchasers generally earn any specific amount from this website or guide, and we make no express or implied earnings representation. Do not purchase if your decision depends on recovering the purchase price or earning money.

Privacy Policy

Information we receive. We do not currently require a user account or directly collect payment-card details. When you purchase through PayPal, PayPal processes the transaction and may provide us ordinary transaction information such as purchaser name, email address, product, payment status, transaction identifier, and dispute information.

Automatic technical data. Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, device/browser data, requested pages, timestamps, referrer, cookies, and diagnostic or security logs needed to deliver and protect the website. PayPal may place or use cookies and similar technologies when its checkout is displayed.

How information is used. We use available information to complete and document transactions, provide customer support, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, maintain security, comply with law, handle disputes, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information for money.

Sharing. Information may be processed by PayPal, hosting and infrastructure providers, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect rights, comply with law, or address fraud or disputes. Their own policies govern their independent processing.

Retention and security. We retain transaction and business records as reasonably necessary for operations, disputes, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your choices. You may use PayPal’s privacy controls for information it processes. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by us, contact us using the merchant contact information shown on your PayPal transaction receipt. We may retain information when legally permitted or required.

Children. The website and product are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Digital Product and No-Refund Policy

Digital delivery. The guide is a digital PDF, not a physical product. Access is provided through the post-purchase download page. You are responsible for saving your copy and using compatible PDF software.

No refunds. Because the guide is a digital product that cannot be returned after access is provided, purchases are nonrefundable. By checking the acceptance box and completing payment, you expressly acknowledge the final-sale policy before purchase.

No outcome-based refunds. Failure to find, qualify for, receive, win, recover, save, or earn money; dissatisfaction with results; ineligibility; changed or expired third-party opportunities; or failure to use the guide does not make the product defective and will not qualify for a refund.

Delivery problems. If PayPal confirms payment but the file is unavailable, inaccessible, or corrupted, contact us using the merchant contact shown on your PayPal receipt and include the transaction identifier. Our remedy will be to make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working replacement copy—not to refund the purchase price—except where a refund is specifically required by applicable law.

Payment disputes. Payments are processed by PayPal and remain subject to applicable PayPal terms and legally required consumer protections. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
